Film screening: "Forgotten Voices"
The documentary film ‘Forgotten Voices’ vividly tells the painful stories of people who have been displaced from their homes due to the ongoing wars and conflicts in Sudan. The film offers an intense insight into one of the less internationally recognised conflicts of the present day, which, with over 10 million displaced people and over 20 million people suffering from hunger, is probably the biggest humanitarian catastrophe in the world today, according to the UN. Through personal interviews, the film reveals testimonies of the war, the memory of the hopes of the 2019 revolution and the daily challenges of displacement.
